loved central heating, tv and a mini fridge bar available. there was bathtubs in the private bathroom. it was located in a calm area in quiet area.

We recently stayed at a wonderful accommodation on a quiet residential street. Lynn, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. The main bed was incredibly comfortable and the entire place had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine available. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Half Moon Bay Marina, where we caught a ferry to Waiheke Island. it was a modern, clean, and comfortable place, and we will definitely stay there again!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was nicely decorated and had a good layout. The location was convenient, with plenty of parking available on the quiet street. It was also close to several bays, which made for a pleasant walk by the water.
The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. We found leftover food on the kitchen counter and in the fridge, and the bathroom and shower were not clean either.
